WHY WE EXIST
We live in a world of change. It is never linear and rarely predictable. As the world picks up pace in all sectors, especially technology, organisations everywhere need people who can think creatively, communicate clearly and work effectively in teams; that is to say we need people who are flexible and quick to adapt. A culture of creative innovation has to involve everybody, together, always. And it starts with education.
From its inception, the goal of The Wonderment Academy has been to help schools or other dynamic organisations thrive by enabling a culture of creativity to flourish and for people to triumph in their teams. The Academy relies on the latest research and decades of experience in the education sector to inform developmental training and workshops. Most crucially though, these sessions are enjoyable and offer tools that enable practical solutions for organisations, schools and classrooms.

Meet the Trainer
Jeff Schmidt
Jeff Schmidt is an innovative, creative leader and educational futurist, who works with progressive organisations and educators to bring future readiness and transformative educational ideas to the fore.
He has been an educator for over 25 years, working in the UK, Canada, India and Uganda. Alongside his work with The Wonderment Academy, he serves on the leadership team of a distinctive prep school in SW London.
He has made a name for himself transforming school culture with creative programs, impacting community events, strong pastoral care and innovative assemblies.
He is a leader, author, illustrator and speaker who runs game-changing courses and insets.
