For Children
Our work with children includes
Assemblies, Workshops and Creative Days
Our workshops are designed to help you develop your professional skills, equip you with meaningful tools to thrive in your setting and leave you feeling inspired for the next step of your journey. You will be led by experienced, passionate educators with a proven track record for working with and transforming young people. These sessions will give you the opportunity to connect with other professionals as well as strategise for your context.
Cool Creative Days
The most amazing day
your school never had to plan.
You know your children deserve a brilliant Design Technology experience. You also know how it usually goes: the planning, the sourcing of materials, the staff briefings, the scramble to make it feel meaningful rather than just another craft afternoon. The good intentions. The underwhelming reality.
What if you could hand the whole thing to someone who has spent 25 years perfecting it?
Cool Creative Days are fully designed, fully resourced, whole-school creative experiences that will have your children talking for months, your staff inspired and your parents asking when the next one is before this one has even ended. Each day is built around a single irresistible creative challenge, delivered with the kind of energy and craft that transforms an ordinary school day into something nobody forgets. And the best part? Every Cool Creative Day fulfils your Design Technology and STEAM curriculum requirements in a way that feels nothing like a lesson.

What to expect
An inspiring opening assembly that stops the room. Expect surprise guests, interactive storytelling, a live demonstration of what is possible and an atmosphere so electric the children will be bouncing before the day has even begun.
A whole-school creative challenge with a brief that is clear enough to understand in seconds and open enough to be interpreted a hundred different ways. No two inventions will look the same.
Designing and imagining from scratch, with children encouraged to sketch, plan and rethink before a single piece of material is touched.
Building and making with their hands, developing fine motor skills, spatial awareness and the deeply satisfying experience of turning an idea into a real, physical thing.
Problem solving and resilience in action: when the cardboard buckles or the marble goes the wrong way, children learn to adapt, iterate and try again. Real engineering thinking, disguised as a brilliant day.
Teamwork and collaboration woven throughout, with children working individually and in groups depending on the brief, negotiating ideas and combining their strengths.
Pure, joyful fun from the first minute to the last. The learning is real. The curriculum is covered. But the feeling on the day is unmistakably: this is the best day we have ever had.
A celebratory closing assembly where every creation is showcased, every child is recognised and the whole school community shares in the pride of what has been built together. Cameras out. Goosebumps optional but likely.

Inspiring Assemblies
Assemblies are one of the few moments where an entire school comes together and something shifts. Done well, they don’t just inform they ignite.
These assemblies are designed to be unforgettable. High energy, thought provoking and genuinely enjoyable, they create space for students to reflect, reset and reimagine who they are becoming. Through powerful storytelling, real world examples and a dynamic presence, students are inspired to think bigger, act better and take ownership of their growth.
Children leave with practical tools they can use immediately to grow in confidence, resilience and character. Staff leave with clear, actionable starting points to continue the conversation in the classroom. Together, it becomes an opportunity to challenge unhelpful behaviours and build a culture where young people are equipped to thrive and contribute positively to the world around them.
Available as a stand alone experience or as part of a series.
